Impax Solutions Thanksgiving Party

At Parklane Africa, we believe in infusing every corporate event with a touch of creativity and flair, ensuring that each celebration is as unique as the company it honors. When it came time to plan Impax Business Solutions’ end of year party 2023, we knew we wanted to create something truly special. And boy, did we have a blast doing it!

For this soirée, we embraced the elegance of an all-black theme with a hint of gold accents, setting the stage for a night of sophistication and fun. But we didn’t stop there – we wanted to add our signature Parklane Africa touch to make the event truly unforgettable.

Drawing inspiration from the venue’s industrial charm, we transformed the space into a mesmerizing wonderland. Instead of traditional drapery, we opted for a floating ceiling concept, with one half draped in black sheer fabric and the other adorned with an array of black balloons of different sizes. LED strip lights weaved through the balloons, casting a soft, enchanting glow that illuminated the room with warmth and vibrancy.

As guests entered, they were greeted by a curtain of hanging fairy lights, leading them to a photo space adorned with a rotating selfie camera stand and a branded balloon garland – the perfect backdrop for capturing memories.

But the magic didn’t stop there. Our table setups were a sight to behold, with round tables draped in elegant black fabric and centerpieces that were nothing short of works of art. Three balloons taped to the table, an LED candle, and a set of black serviettes with golden polka dots were arranged around a black and gold folded PVC mat, tied together with LED cork lights. The result? A masterpiece that added a touch of whimsy and sophistication to each table.

Of course, no event is complete without all-in-one audio-visual support. Our PA system ensured crystal-clear sound throughout the evening, ensuring that every speech and toast was heard loud and clear.
